Brass Plated Art Deco Side Table
Brass Plated Art Deco Side Table
An elegant Art Deco-inspired side or entryway table, consisting of an organic, curved goblet shaped brass-plated frame, supporting a pane of circular glass at the top. The three-winged form of the base is very reminiscent of the 1930s – but this piece actually has its origins in 1970s Italy and very reminiscent of Renato Zevi’s work.
These sorts of Art Deco pieces have a timeless grace to them, and it’s easy to envisage this side table in homes both modern and vintage.
Some minor wear and patina on the brass frame, but this is to be expected for a piece of this vintage, and is really nothing that distracts from the beauty of the table.
