An exquisite bed by the French 1970s designer Eric Maville in deep burgundy and brass. This signed French import consists of a double bed in burgundy acrylic with brass trim. The bed comes with wooden double slats in a metal sliding frame, and it takes a classic EU double size mattress.

The same model in black is seen in the original brochure as seen on images.

This bed is a fine example of the lustrous glamour of late 1970s / early 1980s European design, but is a piece that can still be used and cherished in a modern bedroom home. A set that’s rarely seen in the market and never spotted in the UK before!
